Milling and broaching
of splines and PTO shaft profiles
Our Technical Services team can carry out a variety of machining procedures for you, including hobbing, broaching and honing. We have facilities for milling and broaching various spline teething and PTO shaft profiles. Examples include the 6-part 1-3/8" profile and the 6-part 1-3/4" profile in accordance with the DIN 9611A standard agricultural profile.
Spline teething
We can also produce other types of spline teething for you. Our machinery is even able to produce a complete spline over a distance of up to 400mm. Other sizes are module 1.6 to 2.5 in accordance with DIN 5485 – 5480 and module 16–32.
Internal profiles
For internal profiles we can supply the most commonly used mandrels. We have shafts in steel types C45 — 42CHMO4 — st 53-3 and 16MN and in various lengths. We can also make parts based on drawings supplied by you.
