You need a Sprocket, Cylinder or Hydraulic hoses? How to order these products?

Imagine: your customer needs one of the following products: sprockets, cylinders or hydraulic hoses. You do not have it in stock, so you have to order the products. Do you already know how to order these products? Watch our video here or read our tips below.

Tip 1: Always first check the webshop for the standard products. As soon as the order is received, it is processed and prepared.

Tip 2: Are you looking for a specific product and you cannot find it among the standard products? Then go to the workshop machining configurator on the webshop. Here you can enter the specific requirements and configure your product. 

Tip 3: Is the product that you are looking for among the standard products on the webshop, but is it not in stock? Then also choose the workshop machining configurator. 

Tip 4: Did you know? The product range on the webshop is being adjusted based on configuration orders. Therefore, always check the standard products on the webshop before placing a repeat order via the configurator.

If the product is not included with the standard products, you can simply order it again in the configurator. Then check your previously ordered products from the workshop machining configurator.
