It’s no secret that it’s been a tough year for the agricultural industry for several reasons, and we’re so grateful for your loyalty. We’ve seen increases to our costs across products, transport, packaging, personnel and more, and we know that you will be feeling these same pressures too.
We wanted to let you know that we take customer feedback very seriously and we’re doing as much as we can to take it on board. Some of the things we are doing in order to try and support your business are:
- We know that freight charges have proven challenging for many customers in recent times. As a thank you for your loyalty we’d like to offer everybody free delivery for all of October, with no minimum order value. (Excludes ROI and NI)
- From 3rd October we will be reducing over 10,000 product prices, in order to bring them in line with the market. We’ll continue to re-evaluate our prices to make sure we remain competitively priced so that you can do the same. We hope you’ll be pleasantly surprised if you revisit products that perhaps you may have previously dismissed us for, based on price.
Finally, we’d love to know how many of you might be interested in attending an open day at our Kramp Warehouse in Biggleswade in 2023. If you would like to register your interest, please email marketing.uk@kramp.com
