What are we going to test?
1mm discs are chosen the most for cutting, but experience and testing show that 1.6mm discs often work just as fast and last much longer. 1mm cut-off discs are susceptible to improper use and can break down more easily during use. 1.6mm discs, on the other hand, are firmer and much stronger. 3M shows the differences in this video.
