Our team will assess your application as quickly as possible in order to confirm whether your application has been successful or not, and which type of account you have qualified for. 

If you are successful, your login details will be sent to you and you can start shopping!

Please note, in order to give you access to our webshop as swiftly as possible, you may initially be set up on pre-payment terms. If you are interested in a credit account, please make this clear on your application form. 

What happens after I apply for an account (Kramp Online via dealer)?

Our team will reach out to your preferred dealer to understand whether they are happy to take on your account. Once the dealer has set you up, they will then send you your login details. Your dealer will then be responsible for any queries you have regarding payments, returns or product information.

Please note, your dealer may perform a credit check on you.
