| Long description | The Safe-T X39 block splitter is ideal for large logs that are difficult to split. It features a forged blade made of alloyed carbon steel that is highly resistant to abrasion. Side recesses make it easier for the wood to splinter and this prevents the blade from getting stuck in the wood. The splitting axe has a hammer side to drive wedges into the wood. This side features a polymer cap that dampens vibrations during hitting. The handle has a fibreglass core and features a comfortable non-slip and anti-vibration handle. The rubber protection on the underside of the handle reduces vibrations that can occur when missing. Show more | |
