| Long description | The X37 splitting axe is ideal for large logs that are difficult to split. It features a forged blade made of alloyed carbon steel that is highly resistant to abrasion. Side recesses make it easier for the wood to splinter and this prevents the blade from getting stuck in the wood. The splitting axe has a hammer side to drive wedges into the wood. This side has rounded corners to prevent burr formation. The handle is made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic and features a comfortable non-slip and anti-vibration handle. The rubber protection on the underside of the handle reduces vibrations that can occur when missing. Show more | |
