General terms and conditions of the Kramp Academy

Registration
We ask that you register in good time for seminars and training courses and specify the seminar name. Registrations made by telephone must always be confirmed in writing by fax or e-mail. You will help us to process the registration if you give the first name and surname of the participant, the address of the employer and the seminar title and dates. The number of places available is always restricted and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration will be confirmed in writing as soon as it reaches the Kramp Academy and is then binding.

Seminar documents 
Participants will receive many documents during the seminars. All rights to these documents and parts thereof remain with the Kramp Academy or the tutor. Reproduction of the documents is only permitted with written permission from the Kramp Academy.

Services of the Kramp Academy 
Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance or a valid certificate of proficiency once the seminar is complete. For certification courses, the participants will receive a certificate of attendance for each module.

Prices 
Please see the brochure or our website for the seminar prices. The Kramp Academy seminars are subject to the currently valid VAT rate. The cost of the seminar and any hotel costs will be due upon receipt of the invoice. Any additional costs incurred as a result of money transfers (e.g. transfer from overseas) must be paid for by the employer.

Implementation 
The Kramp Academy reserves the right to change tutors, training locations and dates and to make alterations to the itinerary. Seminars will only take place once the minimum number of participants has been reached.

Withdrawal/cancellation costs 
Cancellations must be made in writing or by fax. If withdrawal is made 7 days or less before the start of the event, we will charge 25% of the attendance fee. If a participant fails to appear on the day of the seminar, the entire cost of the seminar must be paid. Cancellation costs will not apply if the participant takes part in another seminar or a substitute is registered.

Hotel costs
Outside of teaching times, each participant shall bear the costs for his/her own board and lodging.

Liability
If an event has to be cancelled due to poor attendance or for reasons for which the Kramp Academy must take responsibility, participant fees that have already been paid will be reimbursed. Further claims are excluded.

Data protection
Information about the registered participants is recorded electronically, is used only for internal purposes by the Kramp Academy and is not passed on to third parties.

Miscellaneous
If a term of the contract is proven to be invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining regulations.

The terms and conditions are acknowledged upon registration.
