The configurator from Kramp makes creating your customer-specific products easy. A few simple steps are all that you need to select the components required for your product. 2D drawings, 3D drawings or technical documents are provided, depending on the product group involved. Delivery times and prices are displayed immediately, making ordering and planning even easier.

FAQs
You can find ordered items in your shopping cart in the Kramp webshop. Items that have already been ordered through the Kramp webshop can be found by clicking on 'My Account' and then 'Open Orders'.
Pressing the 'shopping cart' button adds your product to the shopping cart in the Kramp webshop. We advise you to order configured items through the shopping cart function in the Kramp webshop.
Items that are ordered are dealt with via an automated process. Configurations are automatically saved and you can retrieve them at any time using the 'search configuration' function in the Kramp configurator.
Delivery times are specified on the final page of the Kramp configurator. Once you have ordered your item, you can find the delivery time by clicking on 'My Account' and then 'Open Orders' in the Kramp webshop.
If you need to amend an order, we would advise you to get in touch with your contact person at Kramp.
Approved configurations can no longer be changed. If you need to make any changes, you will need to configure a new product.
Yes, you can use the 'Reorder' button in the Kramp configurator to reorder a product.
