Cultivate a generation T & C's

  1. The promoter is Kramp UK (company no. 01139130) whose registered office is at Kramp UK Ltd Unit 5, Lancaster Way, Biggleswade, SG18 8YL, UK. 
  2. Applications are open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of Kramp UK and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or selecting applications.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By applying, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the applications and details of how to apply are distributed via the Kramp social media and landing pages.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted unless for a different category, if it applies.
  7. Closing date for applications for the grant will be the last day of the month before the grant is due to be drawn. After this date the no further applications will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules for applications and how to apply are as follows: complete the form for the grant you wish to apply for including evidence before the cut off. Only one application per category is permitted. All applications remain valid for 2024 and there is no need to keep submitting applications.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend applications and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to applicants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  • Livestock farmers
  • Young farmers
  • Small contractors
  • Large contractors
  • And family support
  • Agricultural engineers

13. The successful applicant agrees to the terms of how the grant will be provided. Either in cash or as credit with a Kramp Online account, as specified at https://www.kramp.com/shop-gb/en/l/cultivate-a-generation

14. Kramp will be able to help the successful applicant apply for a Kramp Online account with their local dealer if necessary, in order for the grant to be used

15. The successful applicant will be notified via email or Facebook or Instagram message within 28 days of the closing date. If the successful applicant cannot be contacted or does not claim the grant within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the grant from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The grant application process and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

18. The successful applicant agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the successful applicant or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent and will only be used for purpose of this competition.
