Details | CT-90 is specially formulated Cutting/Tapping/Reaming/Drilling lubricant fluid which will not breakdown under extreme pressure. CT-90 will allow the removal of swarf and cut chips of metal by the cutting tool with less friction. CT-90 allows less effort when cutting is required for even the hardest metal. CT-90 improves the surface finish and cutting times are reduced. This increases production rates and extends cutting and drilling tool life. CT-90 has been formulated to be suitable for all types of steel and ceramics, even high tensile steels. Due to the active nature of the aerosol version only of this product there is a risk of staining if the product is used on some yellow metals such as Copper and Brass. Apply CT-90 before and during the drilling operation which will increase the efficiency and prolong drill bit life. Caution near moving parts. Use CT-90 when thread cutting apply to the die or tap prior to use and also during the operation. CT-90 is suitable for both machine and hand operation and is particularly recommended for pipe work where the risk of thread wall deformation during cutting is reduced. Apply CT-90 to the saw blades before and during the sawing operation. CT-90 is suitable for use with power says and hand saws.
